Red Canyon

We recently stayed (I am still trying to catch up) near the mouth of beautiful Red Canyon, at sunset the rocks glow as the evening light reflects on them.

The Pink Ledges, Hoodoo, Birds Eye and Photo trail all link together to make a 2½ mile trail to and from the Visitor Centre.   The views are tremendous with lots of spectacular hoodoos and more amazing views.

Here are just a few of the views from the trails.

 This one was called the Camel.

As we reached the end of the trail, black clouds were fast appearing overhead so we reached the truck just in time, so we headed back for some lunch.
