Prescott is a lovely city and was once the territorial capital of Arizona. Unlike most American cities, the streets are wide and it is made for walking. When the traffic lights turn red pedestrians actually have the right of way!
Last weekend there was a Bluegrass Festival on the Courthouse Plaza so we went along to have a look.
The Courthouse Plaza was packed we found a couple of empty seats on a picnic table and sat and enjoyed the music and sunshine for a couple of hours.
We really enjoyed the Bladerunners from California, unfortunately the CD we bought is now jammed in our CD player!
